who the FUCK is shane madejaccording to legend, goatman is an axe-wielding, half-man, half goat monster that lurks around the old alton bridge in texas, which is also known as "goatman's bridge" or "shane madej's bridge."
there are about three main legends about goatman. as before, i will be detailing the following stories as if they are fact, but keep in mind that they are legends.
the first one states that there was a scientist who worked in the beltsville agricultural research center in beltsville, maryland. he was experimenting on goats (the details of the experiment are unknown) when an experiment backfired and he was turned into a half-goat, half-human hybrid. he then began attacking cars with an axe, as you do.
the second is much shorter, stating that the goatman was a hermit who lived in the woods, and would walk alone at night along fletchertown road, maryland.
neither of these legends explain how the goatman wound up in texas, but the third story does offer an explanation. anti-black racism trigger warning for this one.
according to the third legend, a black goat farmer named oscar washburn moved himself and his family to a house north of the bridge. years later, oscar washburn came to be known as a dependable and honest businessman, and locals in the area started to call him the goatman, as a term of of endearment. tragically, though, the success of a black man was not welcome to everyone in the area, and klansmen in the local goverment turned to violence after he put a sign up on alton bridge, which read "this way to the goatman's."
in august of 1938, the klansmen crossed the bridge that connected the cities of denton and copper canyon, kidnapped oscar from his house, hung a noose on the bridge, then tied the other end around oscar's neck and threw him over the side. they looked down to see if he was dead, and to their horror, the noose was empty. panicking, they returned to oscar's house and murdered his wife and children.
locals in the area warn visitors that if you cross the bridge at night without headlights, you will be met on the other side by the legendary goatman. people spot ghostly figures and strange lights in the woods surrounding the bridge, and visitors report being touched, grabbed, and having rocks thrown at them
some think that many of these incidents are due to "bored teenagers" keeping the legend alive.

your name: ponz clan they're going to: Golden Kingdom what will you name them?: Shane Madej Ajax gender/pronouns: he/him, amab has this cat "burned any bridges" (cut ties) with anyone?: Yes, Ajax has definitely burned quite a few bridges. He's no stranger to making enemies, either, what with his morbid sense of humor and detached personality. Very few are willing to stick around once he opens up to them, so he prefers to stay hidden in the shadows, watching and waiting with the desperate hope of being acknowledged. form number (in order of forms—first person is 1, next person is 2, etc etc:) 3

chupacabrathe chupacabra or chupacabras which, in spanish, literally means "goatsucker." subtle!
it is a creature in the folklore of parts of the americas, with the first sightings of it being in puerto rico in 1995. the name comes from...the fact that it sucks blood from goats. perhaps i should give the creativity of the name more credit, as the chupacabra attacks more livestock than just goats. its vampirism is similar to that of the vampire bats, but level two, electric boogaloo.
physical descriptions of the creature are extremely varied, but it is usually described as a mostly-hairless canine or as a reptile, but regardless of the interpretation, it always has a row of spiny bumps stretching from its neck to the base of its tail
sighting of the monster are just as varied as its reported appearances. in addition to the first sightings in puerto rico, there have been sightings in maine, chile, and even in russia and the phillipines. many of the reports have been disregarded as fiction, and in mexico and the southern usa, many sightings have been confirmed as canines with mange, a skin disease caused by mites that causes hair loss. these mistaken sightings are typically due to coyotes in particular.
this cat is SITE EXCLUSIVE due to nature of its story.your name:

is that clan a site clan? Yes.
what will you name them?: Werewolf
gender/pronouns: nonbinary (amab) / they them
are they superstitious about anything? if so, what and why?: Werewolf has always been superstitious about the howls of a canine, whether it be a dog, coyote, or a wolf. They believe that howling is symbolic of loss - whether that mean a death, a separation, or even the loss of something inanimate but equally as important to someone's wellbeing. Quite often, Werewolf finds themself running and hiding when they hear anything howl, and perhaps ironically stays in camp during the full moon, as it is seen as the time where more canines tend to howl. A lot of their superstition is tied to the loss of their own sister, who was tragically killed by a wolf during the full moon. The only predecessor to the attack was nearby howls, and it is an experience that has stuck with Werewolf their entire life.
